BMRS Asia was founded in Bangkok in 2004, by British and Thai partners who were experienced research professionals and had worked for many years with two of the Top 5 global research firms in Bangkok. Our research team has gained experience from markets around Asia as well as in Europe. In 2010 we opened our 2nd full-service research office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, together with local partners experienced in marketing research and consulting.

Business & Marketing Research Solutions (BMRS) Asia was founded in 2004 in Thailand, with an operational presence in Cambodia since 2008. Our new office officially opened in Phnom Penh in 2010. We have a strong team of consultants who specialise in both commercial and social research. Using both traditional and proprietary research techniques, we assist both global and local clients to gain insight and find innovative solutions to their organizational challenges.

Our founding partners and research directors all previously worked at director level within companies such as TNS Global. This means that we know how to design professional marketing research studies and we know how to use the most appropriate statistical analysis to deliver the correct insights for Clients. Knowledge Local & International

Our research directors have extensive knowledge of both the Thai and Cambodian markets and of other markets around Asia and the West. Our expat directors have been living in Asia Pacific for a minimum of 15 years each and are able to communicate and understand the local culture and language.

This is a critical point, especially for our overseas Clients who often wish to communicate directly with an expat but who need to be assured that their contact has sufficient local knowledge. In addition, knowledge of different developed overseas markets and industries enables BMRS Asia to draw on previous experience and apply it to the local developing marketplace when appropriate.

Trust & Confidentiality is a very important aspect of conducting any market research within Asia. Our Clients entrust to BMRS Asia some of their most commercially sensitive materials and ideas, and one of the key reasons for our continued growth is our professional and honest approach. From translations and choosing the best sampling method through to interviewing and data entry, attention to detail is the backbone of any successful research project. We strive to ensure that our Clients have the full picture and the right information before and during a project to avoid any surprises at a later stage. And we instill a sense of accountability into each and every team member at BMRS Asia, which translates into responsible project management and implementation.

Quality & Reliability

Results of any market research survey are only as good as the interviewing and data analysis processes. Our experienced interviewing teams possess the ability and integrity to deliver quality and reliable interviewing for either B2C or B2B surveys. We do not outsource our fieldwork to another company and maintain a successful training programme for our interviewers that ensures quality and long-term loyalty to our company, which ultimately benefits our Clients. We have separate teams of QC staff who provide additional checks on each interviewers questionnaires - checks for both logic and quality of interviews. And we use professional data processing software to ensure that responses from questionnaires are accurately entered and analysed, reducing the opportunity for errors during this stage.
